GOD’S COVENANT- A CALL TO GOD’S POSSIBILITIES: Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is there anything too hard for Me? (Jeremiah 32:23)

ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO HIM WHO BELIEVES-GLORY TO GOD!

May the peace, love, glory and power of the Living God permeate your very being today and charge the atmosphere around you!

As I was meditating on the above scripture today, I realized that many of us at times fail to grasp the magnificent ability of our Father who loves each of us beyond measure. Just consider for a moment of the power and potential impact of what Paul prayed in Ephesians 1.

“And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength, Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places],” (Ephesians 1:19-20…This is just two verses from Paul’s prayer to believers. I encourage you to prayerfully read and meditate the whole prayer. Also read the one in Ephesians 3-MAKE BOTH OF THEM IN THEIR ENTIRETY YOURS!)

Let us never forget that GOD IS THE PERFORMER and that we are the believers! Abraham lived within this truth and had his being in its reality. SO CAN WE! How did he do it?

[For Abraham, human reason for] hope being gone, hoped in faith that he should become the father of many nations, as he had been promised, So [numberless] shall your descendants be. [Gen. 15:5.] He did not weaken in faith when he considered the [utter] impotence of his own body, which was as good as dead because he was about a hundred years old, or [when he considered] the barrenness of Sarah’s [deadened] womb. [Gen. 17:17; 18:11.] No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God, Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised. (Romans 4:18-21)

Let us learn how we can walk in God’s power.
1. Abraham did not weaken in faith when he considered his circumstances.
2. He did not permit unbelief or distrust to allow himself to waiver at the promises of God.
3. He grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God!
4. He was fully satisfied and assured that God would do what He promised!

Let us rise up and believe the word of God today! Believing and faith are not passive but active!

Know what you believe, speak what you believe and act on what you believe!
