GOD’S COVENANT- A PLACE OF REALITY: “But the angel said to them, Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy which will come to all the people.” (Luke 2:10)
_________________________________________________________________________
TO ALL WHO WOULD STAND ON AND WALK IN THE REALITY OF THE GOSPEL AND THE POWER OF THE RESURRECTION:

Greetings in the wonderful and powerful name of Jesus to each and every one of you as we celebrate the most powerful and totally complete victory in the history of the world-the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. These events have great significance in our lives. Why? Because when He died, we died with Him. When He was buried, our old man, every sin, defeat, and consequence of our fall in the Garden of Eden was buried with Him. And praise God, when He got up, we got up with Him!

Jesus got up a brand new creature and so did we! Let’s look at what Paul tells us in II Corinthians 5:17-18. But before we do, please join me in a short, but powerful prayer. “Dear Father, as I prayerfully read and study Your Word to me, please open my eyes to its truth and power. I pray that as I receive Your Word and its truth that Your Word will manifest in me and through me. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.”

“Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come! But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself].” (II Corinthians 5:17)

We are brand new creatures. The Greek actually means that we are a species that has never existed before. That means you. That means me. I want you to see something else. I just saw it myself. Look at the last sentence. Jesus brought us into harmony with Himself! This is nothing short of fantastic. I looked up “harmony” in Webster’s and read this; “A consistent, orderly, or pleasing arrangement of parts-congruity- a simultaneous combination of tones.” WOW!!

Think about what that means for a minute. Because of what Jesus did for us at the cross, we are one with Him and His life and our life is a simultaneous combination. Now let’s look at Mathew 18:19 for a moment as Jesus is speaking to us. “Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven.”

See it? According to II Corinthians 5:18, we are making a symphony together with Jesus. What does your symphony sound like? What does my symphony sound like?

In light of the fact that we have been brought into harmony with Jesus by His victory at the cross, let’s consider some truths regarding what this harmony might look like. Is defeat, anxiety, worry, depression or addiction part of this harmony? Is sickness and poverty or lack part of this harmony? Is strife, bitterness, envying or jealousy part of this harmony? Is hate part of this harmony?

Think of it as we celebrate on this Resurrection Sunday. THE SONG THAT SHOULD BE IN OUR HEARTS AND ON OUR LIPS TODAY AND EVERYDAY SHOULD BE THE SONG OF A COMBINATION OF TONES WITH JESUS AND WHAT HE DID FOR US! Is your song in harmony with Jesus and all that He is? Is my song?

What a life changing revelation this should be to all of us. I asked God to show me something today and I believe He did. Thank you for your Word Father. Consider Psalm 199:130. “The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.”

There is power and harmony with Jesus when we receive our identification with Him and what He did for us at the cross. WE BECAME NEW CREATURES WITH HIM. THE BIBLE SAYS THAT WHEN HE AROSE THAT HE BECOME THE FIRSTBORN OF MANY BRETHERN, THE FIRSTBORN OF A BRAND NEW SPECIES OF BEING THAT HAD NEVER EXISTED BEFORE.

TRULY, AS HE AROSE AND BROUGHT US INTO HARMONY WITH HIMSELF, WE BECAME NEW CREATURES WITH A BRAND NEW SONG IN OUR HEARTS AND ON OUR LIPS. “ And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.” (Psalm 40:3)

“Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song…”
Psalm 149:1

Today, receive the harmony and melody of a new song in your life. Receive the reality of living every minute every day in harmony with Jesus. This new song is written in the Blood of Jesus! We love you with a new song in OUR hearts, Wally and Jan

WE LOVE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS- WALLY & JAN

TREASURES OF WALKING WITH GOD: “O GOD,YOU ARE MY GOD, EARNESTLY I SEEK YOU.” (Psalm 63:1) It is only when I am wholly surrendered to the Spirit that I will be able to live according to God’s will.

LIVING IN GOD’S ECONOMY-There is one that scatters, yet increases more; And there is one who withholds more than is right, But it leads to poverty. The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself.
(Proverbs 11:24-25)
___________________________________________________________________
TO ALL: DETERMINE AND PURPOSE TO LIVE BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT:

It is a pleasure once again to be back with you and have the honor of sharing God’s Word and will with you regarding living in God’s economy. Remember that Mathew 6:33 states: “But seek (aim at and strive after) first of all His kingdom and His righteousness (His way of doing and being right), and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.” The kingdom of God and His righteousness is simply God’s operation and His way of doing things. Jesus said that if we seek, that is to earnestly pursue the Kingdom of God and His righteousness that all things would be added to us. Conversely, you could say that if we do not seek the Kingdom and God’s righteousness these things will be lost to us.

Our scripture today tells us that one who scatters or gives- increases more. On the other hand, those who withhold will be led to poverty. We could say that they will continually struggle in the area of their finances. This is an important Kingdom principle that we must understand. Yes, God is concerned about your finances. Did you know that Jesus talks more about finances and money in Mathew, Mark, Luke and John than He does about prayer? Yes, your finances are important to God. In fact over the next several weeks, we will learn that the state of your finances may well be a mirror of your spiritual life.

Many people are not living in the blessing of God’s economy because they do not operate according to God’s way of doing things. Many who chronically struggle financially don’t scatter or give because they don’t think they have enough to get by. Rich people often don’t give because they want more and want to acquire things or security. Well, according to what we read today, both of these kinds of people will eventually fall under the yoke of poverty. God clearly says that to increase you must scatter or give.

In terms of trying to hang on to what we have, consider the words of a missionary who lost his life on a river bank in South America. “It is no fool that gives what he cannot keep to gain what he can not lose.” Jesus said that what you try to keep, you will lose and what you lose, you will keep. Can you see how God’s way of doing things is opposite of the world’s? We all come to a point where we must decide whether we want what God has for us or what the world has for us. Are we to believe what God says and trust Him without reservation or should we believe what the world says about our finances and prospects. All of us chose one or the other.

It is interesting that in II Corinthians 8, Paul spoke of the grace of God that was bestowed on the churches in Macedonia. What was the source of this grace that God bestowed on them? Paul tells us in verse 2-3. “For in the midst of an ordeal of severe tribulation, their abundance of joy and their depth of poverty [together] have overflowed in wealth of lavish generosity on their part. For, as I can bear witness, they gave according to their ability, yes, and beyond their ability; and [they did it] voluntarily.” Even out of poverty and need, the people gave liberally and thereby received the grace of God. They were living in God’s economy! They made a conscious decision to do so.

Please don’t misunderstand. Godly giving requires wisdom and the leading of the Holy Spirit. Actually it is not the gift that brings the manifestation of God’s grace into our lives; it is the obedience that we walk in when we give.

I will conclude with Paul’s exhortation to the Corinthians which continues in Chapter 9, verses 6-8. “Remember this: he who sows sparingly and grudgingly will also reap sparingly and grudgingly, and he who sows generously that blessings may come to someone will also reap generously and with blessings. Let each one give as he has made up his own mind and purposed in his heart, not reluctantly or sorrowfully or under compulsion, for God loves (He takes pleasure in, prizes above other things, and is unwilling to abandon or to do without) a cheerful (joyous, “prompt to do it”) giver [whose heart is in his giving]. [Proverbs. 22:9].And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].”

TODAY’S WORD OF TRUTH: “And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength.”
(Ephesians 1:19)
As believers, we have all of the power that we need. We just need to learn God’s way of doing things and how to tap into the power of God.
By now you know us and our vision and mission for God and His people.

GLORY TO GLORY
March 8, 2012
GOD’S LIVING COVENANT-JESUS: “For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life. For God did not send the Son into the world in order to judge (to reject, to condemn, to pass sentence on) the world, but that the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him.” (John 3:16-17) ________________________________________________________________________
TO ALL WHO WOULD RECEIVE THE FULLNESS OF GOD’S GREATEST GIFT:
Today is for everyone that is going through a struggle of any sort. Remember in Philippians 3 Paul was talking about his great desire and single purpose of heart to get to know Jesus in a highly and progressively intimate way. How many of you know that Paul knew some things about struggles in life? Look with me at a snapshot of Paul’s trials beginning in II Corinthians 11:23.

“I am talking like one beside himself, but I am more, with far more extensive and abundant labors, with far more imprisonments, beaten with countless stripes, and frequently at the point of death. Five times I received from the hands of the Jews forty lashes all but one; Three times I have been beaten with rods; once I was stoned. Three times I have been aboard a ship wrecked at sea; a whole night and a day I have spent [adrift] on the deep; many times on journeys, exposed to] perils from rivers, perils from bandits, perils from my own nation, perils from the Gentiles, perils in the city, perils in the desert places, perils in the sea, perils from those posing as believers but destitute of Christian knowledge and piety; in toil and hardship, watching often [through sleepless nights], in hunger and thirst, frequently driven to fasting by want, in cold and exposure and lack of clothing. And besides those things that are without, there is the daily inescapable pressure of my care and anxiety for all the churches!”

Now consider your struggles in the light of what Paul knew. Paul knew some things and we need to know what Paul knew and stand on them just as Paul did. Paul told Timothy to “fight the good fight of faith”. What did Paul know? What do we need to know?

First, if you are a human being as evidenced by your birth and the earth suit that is home to your spirit, your faith WILL BE challenged. Expect it and be prepared for it. Next, Paul knew something that was incredibly amazing, especially after all that he had been going through and was yet to experience. He knew that our trials are temporary. Consider what Paul was going through and yet referred to his struggles as “light momentary afflictions”.

Look at his incredible statement of the reality of living by faith through any trial. “Therefore we do not become discouraged (utterly spiritless, exhausted, and wearied out through fear). Though our outer man is progressively decaying and wasting away, yet our inner self is being [progressively] renewed day after day. For our light, momentary affliction (this slight distress of the passing hour) is ever more and more abundantly preparing and producing and achieving for us an everlasting weight of glory beyond all measure, excessively surpassing all comparisons and all calculations, a vast and transcendent glory and blessedness never to cease! Since we consider and look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting), but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting.”(II Corinthians 4:16-18)

Paul knew that the source of his life overcoming power and victory was the resurrection of Jesus! He states this boldly and was determined above any other pursuit in life to identify with the power of the resurrection of Jesus and to abide in that power. Let’s look again at Philippians 3:10. “For my determined purpose is] that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection which it exerts over believers.”

Now consider what he also said in Ephesians 1:19-20. “And so that you can know and understand what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength, Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly places.”

Today know that through the power of the resurrection of life, you can prevail over the struggles of your life. Psalm 34:19 says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.” How does God deliver us? Our victory comes from the power of the resurrection and our identification with Jesus’ resurrection. When He got up in victory, WE (YOU and ME) got up in victory! ACT LIKE IT, THINK LIKE IT AND TALK LIKE IT! TOTALLY SURRENDER TO JESUS AND THE POWER OF HIS RESURRECTION. THAT POWER WHICH IS YOURS FOR THE TAKING WILL NEVER FLOW TO YOU AND THROUGH YOU UNTIL YOU GET OUT OF THE WAY!
Today, enter His gates with thanksgiving in your heart, enter His courts with praise!

WE LOVE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS- WALLY & JAN

TREASURES OF WALKING WITH GOD: “COME NEAR TO GOD AND HE WILL COME NEAR TO YOU” (James 4:8) To reach the place where the Word and prayer each have its undivided right over me, I must be wholly transformed.
VICTORY IN JESUS

GLORY TO GLORY
March 4, 2012

LIVING IN GOD’S ECONOMY: “And you Philippians yourselves well know that in the early days of the Gospel ministry, when I left Macedonia, no church (assembly) entered into partnership with me and opened up [a debit and credit] account in giving and receiving except you only. For even in Thessalonica you sent [me contributions] for my needs, not only once but a second time. Not that I seek or am eager for [your] gift, but I do seek and am eager for the fruit which increases to your credit [the harvest of blessing that is accumulating to your account]. But I have [your full payment] and more; I have everything I need and am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent me. [They are the] fragrant odor of an offering and sacrifice which God welcomes and in which He delights. And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:15-19)
________________________________________________________________________
TO ALL: Through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, God has made provision for your every need.

Over the past years, we have taught people how to live in God’s economy and not be moved by fear and worry which are so prevalent in the world today. We have also become aware that many of you pass these along to others. Praise the Lord!

First and foremost, God has made his provision and supply available to each of us through the blood of Jesus and by virtue of what Jesus did for us on the cross. As children of the Living God, each of us is entitled to all of the benefits of living in the Kingdom. The Bible refers to finances over 2000 times. God wants His people to know the truth about living in His supply. Look at the last line in our scripture today: “And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” God’s will is to have your every need met-plain, pure and simple. In II Corinthians 9:8, we again see God’s heart and will concerning our financial well being. “And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].” God has called us to teach to anyone who will hear, what is available, how to get it and what to do with it after you have it.

Now with respect to our ministry, we invite you to be our partners if you believe in what we are doing and want to be a crucial part of our work in the Kingdom.
(A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE PRESENTLY PARTNERS WITH US AND TO THOSE WHO WILL BE IN THE FUTURE!)
The Bible is full of examples of partnerships.
A partnership is people working together in different ways in order to accomplish something that would be impossible for one person to do alone!
At this point, I would like to say that no act of financial partnership it too small. We are indeed grateful for small gifts as well as larger ones. The size of the gift isn’t the issue. God will multiply the gifts for our work, just like he did the loaves and the fishes.

WHOM SHOULD YOU SUPPORT? Look at Galatians 6:6. “Let him who receives instruction in the Word of God share all good things with his teacher [contributing to his support].” We believe you should support: 1. Your local church, 2. The ministries that genuinely feed you the Word of God and 3. Ministries and teachers as the Holy Spirit leads you.

We invite you to become a partner with Wally Ninneman Ministries, Inc. We are good ground and together we can accomplish much for and in the Kingdom of God. Over the last 5 years we have ministered to tens of thousands of people, saw thousands healed and hundreds come to the Lord. But even more than that we sowed the Word into the hearts of the people so that they can each and every one stand and live in the power and love of God. I would like to note that our area of operation in Uganda was 85% Muslim! Three years ago we started the Child Development Embassy (CDE) in Uganda. The program which is aimed at meeting the spiritual, physical and emotional needs of the poorest children in the community is up to 70 children. We have 43 sponsors. Praise the Lord, we are believing for a total of 100 sponsors. You can contact us directly or go to our website for more info.

In the last four years we have done 12 major mission trips, ministered God’s Gospel and healing power to thousands in the US and in several countries around the globe. We saw countless people delivered from bondage of every kind. Our commitment to the Kingdom and God’s work and our resolve is higher than ever. We will pour ourselves out for God and the earnest expectation of seeing thousands brought into the Kingdom, healed and delivered!

Some of the projects to prayerfully consider supporting are: $70,000 to build a church in Bwera, Uganda to include “The Abbey” (a place for the Child Development Embassy), Pastor Sponsorship and general donations that are used to spread the Gospel. Visit our website to learn more about the CDE program, and the various means of making contributions. We also accept paypal. (We are a 501c3 corporation)

Have you been waiting for a better time to join us in partnership, if so than please consider Ecclesiastes 11:4. “He who observes the wind and waits for all conditions to be favorable will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap.”

GOD’S COVENANT- A PLACE OF LIFE IN JESUS: I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me. (Galatians 2:20)
________________________________________________________________________
TO ALL: LET JESUS LIVE THROUGH US!

Greetings this day. May the peace and grace of God totally surround you and infuse you to the extent that you know, that you know, that you know! You and I are what the Word of God says we are, we can do what it says we can do and we can have what it says we can have. This is the time. We are the ones and where we are is the place!
Let us	stand fast therefore in the liberty where Christ has made us free!

What did Paul know deep in His spirit and then convey to us? What he knew led Paul to one irrevocable conclusion-one all encompassing truth of reality, only one way to live. We find the answer in Philippians Chapter 3. Let’s look at. (3:7-10)

But whatever former things I had that might have been gains to me, I have come to consider as one combined loss for Christ’s sake. Yes, furthermore, I count everything as loss compared to the possession of the priceless privilege (the overwhelming preciousness, the surpassing worth, and supreme advantage) of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord and of progressively becoming more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him [of perceiving and recognizing and understanding Him more fully and clearly]. For His sake I have lost everything and consider it all to be mere rubbish (refuse, dregs), in order that I may win (gain) Christ (the Anointed One), And that I may actually be found and known as in Him, not having any self-achieved righteousness that can be called my own, based on my obedience to the Law’s demands (ritualistic uprightness and supposed right standing with God thus acquired), but possessing that genuine righteousness which comes through faith in Christ (the Anointed One), the truly right standing with God, which comes from God by saving] faith. For my determined purpose is that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection, which it exerts over believers, and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed in spirit into His likeness even to His death….”

Paul is giving us tremendous insight into pursuit of life filled with fullness of Jesus. His aim in life is to know Christ more intimately. He has come to the conclusion that pursuing anything else is essentially rubbish. Look again at what Paul says. “I count everything as loss compared to the possession of the priceless privilege (the overwhelming preciousness, the surpassing worth, and supreme advantage) of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord and of progressively becoming more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him [of perceiving and recognizing and understanding Him more fully and clearly].

For my determined purpose is that I may know Him [that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly], and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection, which it exerts over believers,
(Now put this in the context of what he says in today’s text.)
I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

What a tremendous and powerful truth and a key to victorious life through the one who gave Himself for us. PAUL CHOSE TO DIE TO HIMSELF AND LET CHRIST LIVE THROUGH HIM. THIS IS IN FACT THE PROGRESSION OF CHRIST’S MINISTRY, FROM THE CROSS TO THE THRONE AND THEN LIVING AND MINISTERING THROUGH THOSE WHO DIED WITH HIM AND NOW HAVE THEIR LIFE AND MINISTRY TO THE WORLD THROUGH HIM!

SEE THIS THEN. THIS IS NOT AN EVENT, BUT A PROGRESSIVE ONGOING PROCESS. GIVEN THIS TRUTH, PAUL THEN CHOSE ABOVE ALL ELSE TO STRIVE TO KNOW, THROUGH EXPERIENCE THE LIFE OF JESUS WHICH LIVED THROUGH HIM AND WAS INTENDED TO FLOW OUT OF HIS BELLY LIKE RIVERS OF LIVING WATER TO THE WORLD AROUND HIM!

TODAY, LET US CHOSE AS PAUL DID AND WE WILL SEE THE WONDER OF THE LIFE OF JESUS FLOW THROUGH US!!!
WE LOVE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS- WALLY & JAN

TREASURES OF WALKING WITH GOD: “O GOD,YOU ARE MY GOD, EARNESTLY I SEEK YOU.” (Psalm 63:1) It is only as I acknowledge and yield to the power of the Spirit of Jesus Christ already in me that I can pray for His full manifestation!

TO ALL: LET JESUS LIVE THROUGH US!
Greetings this day in the wonderful name of Jesus. What a day it is. It is the day that the Lord has made. One of the reasons that it is so special is that is so unique. Isn’t that just like God? There was never a day like it nor will there ever be another one like it. What glory there is in the creator of this day and in the Giver of Life! Praise, glory and honor to You, The Most High God. You are the god that took me out of the pit and seated me with you in the heavenlies. I owe you nothing less than my whole life and all that I am!

Just look at what Paul says!!! He no longer own his own life. In fact he no longer lives but it is Christ that lives in him that gives him life. We need to understand that Paul made a choice. We must make a choice. How would our lives be different, day to day, if we actually made the same choice that Paul made? Some say that we can never make the level of commitment to Jesus that Paul did. Oh really? Why did Paul make such a commitment?
Because he realized at some very core level of his being that Jesus loved him and gave Himself up for him.

JESUS LOVED YOU AND GAVE HIMSELF UP FOR YOU.

Look at what is ours if we would only completely surrender and let Jesus live through us. Before we look at these things, let us consider a few questions:

IS THE JESUS THAT WILL LIVE THROUGH US A DIFFERENT VERSION OF THE JESUS THAT WAS ANOINTED BY GOD THE FATHER TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR, TO HEAL THE BROKENHEARTED, TO PROCLAIM LIBERTY TO THE CAPTIVES AND RECOVERY OF SIGHT TO THE BLIND, TO SET AT LIBERTY ALL THAT ARE OPPRESSED AND TO PROCLAIM THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD?

IS HE A DIFFERENT JESUS THAT WAS CONSECRATED BY GOD WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT AND WITH STRENGTH AND ABILITY AND POWER WHO WENT ABOUT DOING GOOD AND IN PARTICULAR CURING ALL WHO WERE OPPRESSED BY THE POWER OF THE DEVIL BECAUSE GOD WAS WITH HIM?

IS HE THE SAME JESUS THAT WAS MADE MANIFEST TO UNDO, DESTROY, LOOSEN AND DISSOLVE THE WORKS THAT THE DEVIL HAS DONE?

I believe without question that it is indeed the same Jesus! Why wouldn’t Paul want this Jesus to live through him?

Why wouldn’t we want this Jesus to live through us?

It is with great excitement and anticipation that we should look into the Light who is Jesus, into the life of Jesus which could flow through us if we so chose.

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom).” II Corinthians 3:17

Total liberty awaits us! Because of what Jesus did for us at the cross we are freed from bondage of all types. Some believe that God uses bondage of many varieties to teach us something or to make us holier. If that is true.. then His word is no good.

The very life of Jesus is liberty to all who will receive it!

The Greek word here stresses the completeness of the act. The Greek word would strongly assert that Jesus did not liberate us to bring us into another form of bondage. Christ died to truly and completely liberate us from that to which we were all born into. The word further denotes liberty to access into the presence of God!

We will continue this tomorrow. However I want to end today with Paul’s view of the liberty that he received as he chose to lay down his life and allow Jesus to live though him.

“In this freedom Christ has made us free and completely liberated us; stand fast then, and do not be hampered and held ensnared and submit again to a yoke of slavery which you have once put off.” (Galatians 5:1)

WE LOVE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS- WALLY & JAN

TREASURES OF WALKING WITH GOD: “O GOD, YOU ARE MY GOD, EARNESTLY I SEEK YOU.” (Psalm 63:1) It is only when I am wholly surrendered to the Spirit that I will be able to live according to God’s will.

GOD’S COVENANT- A PLACE OF EXPECTATION: LIVING IN GOD’S ECONOMY-“Urged on by faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed and went forth to a place which he was destined to receive as an inheritance; and he went, although he did not know or trouble his mind about where he was to go. Prompted by faith he dwelt as a temporary resident in the land which was designated in the promise of God, though he was like a stranger in a strange country, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, fellow heirs with him of the same promise”. Hebrews 11: 8-9
________________________________________________________________________
TO THE FAITHFUL IN JESUS CHRIST:
We greet you with the grace and peace poured into our lives by God our Father and our Master, Jesus Christ.

This Sunday let’s discuss how to live in God’s economy and not be held in bondage by the world and its way of doing things. Where ever you are in the world, God’s Word is true and it will work in every situation in your life. No where in God’s Word does He say that His word only works if you are born in a certain country, or have a certain amount of money or have a certain education, or came from a well to do background, or hold a certain job. NO SIR! The Word of God will work in your life no matter who you are, where you live or what condition you are in this very moment! You might be soaring with eagles today or you might be deep in the pit of miry clay. LISTEN- GOD’S WORD IS TRUE. YOU ARE WHO IT SAYS YOU ARE! YOU CAN DO WHAT IT SAYS YOU CAN DO AND YOU CAN HAVE WHAT IT SAYS YOU CAN HAVE. THE WORD OF GOD WILL WORK IN EVERY AREA OF YOUR LIFE! Look At Luke 4:18-19. Listen to the words of Jesus.

“The Spirit of the Lord [is] upon Me, because He has anointed Me [the Anointed One, the Messiah] to preach the good news (the Gospel) to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed [who are downtrodden, bruised, crushed, and broken down by calamity],To proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord [the day when salvation and the free favors of God profusely abound.”

You are free this very day if you choose to be! Hell can no longer hold you and will never hold you again!

Thank God for His Word today! Now let’s look at a key to receiving and living in God’s economy. Look at what Abraham did. “Obeyed and went forth to a place which he was destined to receive as an inheritance; and he went, although he did not know or trouble his mind about where he was to go.” God told Abraham to leave his home and family and go to a place where he would receive his inheritance. Are you in the place where God wants you to be in order to receive your inheritance? (By the way, the Word says that you are a joint heir with Christ and share in his inheritance.)

I am not talking about a geographical location, although that could be part of it. I am talking about where you are spiritually and where you are with your relationship with God the Father and Jesus. How much time to you spend with them? How much of God’s Word do you put in your heart on a daily basis? I am not saying that you can earn God’s favor. Thank God for grace! I am saying that unless you are in the right place spiritually and relationship with God, you will not grow your faith to a point where you believe beyond any doubt that God will bring His Word to pass in your life, in your particular situation. Doubt will cause you to be defeated at a place where you should be victorious in and through Jesus Christ! Look at what Paul says about Abraham in Romans 4:20-22- “No unbelief or distrust made him waver (doubtingly question) concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and was empowered by faith as he gave praise and glory to God, Fully satisfied and assured that God was able and mighty to keep His word and to do what He had promised. That is why his faith was credited to him as righteousness (right standing with God).” We will pick up here next Sunday. In the meantime, ask yourself if you are in the place that God has called you to be in order to receive what He has for you. If you are uncertain, spend some quality time with God in prayer and DO SOME LISTENING! Don’t get in a hurry when you are in prayer. God is never in a hurry, but He is never late!!

Sunday, we give you the opportunity to sow into this ministry and the work that God has called us to do. We need to take the gospel and Kingdom of God to a hurting and dying world. This year we have been directed by God to take His power and love to Africa in a more powerful way than ever before. You can send your love offerings and seed offerings to the address below or go to our website for Paypal and other debit options.
Again, Thank You and Be Blessed!
WE LOVE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS- WALLY & JAN

TREASURES OF WALKING WITH GOD: “O GOD,YOU ARE MY GOD, EARNESTLY I SEEK YOU.” (Psalm 63:1) It is only as I acknowledge and yield to the power of the Spirit already in me that I can pray for His full manifestation.

February 25, 2012

GOD’S COVENANT- A PLACE OF EXPECTATION: “This was so that, by two unchangeable things [His promise and His oath] in which it is impossible for God ever to prove false or deceive us, we who have fled to Him for refuge might have mighty indwelling strength and strong encouragement to grasp and hold fast the hope (FAVORABLE AND CONFIDENT EXPECTATION, A FORWARD LOOK WITH ASSURANCE) appointed for us and set before us. Now we have this hope (FAVORABLE AND CONFIDENT EXPECTATION, A FORWARD LOOK WITH ASSURANCE) as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whoever steps out upon it—a hope (FAVORABLE AND CONFIDENT EXPECTATION, A FORWARD LOOK WITH ASSURANCE)] that reaches farther and enters into the very certainty of the Presence within the veil.” (Hebrews 6: 18-19)
________________________________________________________________________
TO ALL: HOLD FAST TO THE HOPE (FAVORABLE AND CONFIDENT EXPECTATION, A FORWARD LOOK WITH ASSURANCE) APPOINTED TO YOU:
With a solid foundation of faith and hope, let us now reach into the very certainty of God’s Presence within the veil! This is where we want to be. This is where we need to be. This is where we want to stay! This is a place of boundless grace and the matchless power of God’s love! This is the place where mercy is great and grace is free! This is the place that Paul speaks of in I Corinthians 2:9. “As the Scripture says, “What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, all that God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed].” [Isa. 64:4; 65:17].”

This is the place where the power and presence of God manifest themselves in your life. This is the place that Jesus spoke of in John 10:10. “I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” This is the place that Jesus spoke of in John 14:12-14. “I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, if anyone steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do; and he will do even greater things than these, because I go to the Father. And I will do [I Myself will grant] whatever you ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM], so that the Father may be glorified and extolled in (through) the Son. Yes I will grant [I Myself will do for you] whatever you shall ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM].”

This is the place where all of your needs are met according to Philippians 4:19. “And my God will liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” This is the place where your needs are not only met, but you have an abundance to abound to every good work as written in II Corinthians 9:8. “And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].”

This is the place where you have the ability and God’s infusion of wisdom, strength, and power to be victorious in every situation in life. Look at Philippians 4:13. “I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency].”This is the place where the healing that Christ has already provided for you manifests. “By His wounds you have been healed.” (I Peter 2:24).

This is the place where you fully realize that Satan has no power over you! “The reason the Son of God was made manifest (visible) was to undo (destroy, loosen, and dissolve) the works the devil has done.” (I John 3:8).

This is the place where Jesus said that our prayers are answered and that we will bear much fruit. “If you live in Me [abide vitally united to Me] and My words remain in you and continue to live in your hearts, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.
When you bear (produce) much fruit, My Father is honored and glorified, and you show and prove yourselves to be true followers of Mine.” (John 15:7-8)

This is a place where the very life of God will flow in you and through you to the people and the world around you. “If any man is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink! He who believes in Me [who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs and rivers of living water.” (John 7:37-38)

I call your attention again to the fact that we can enter this place with complete and absolute certainty. God said so in our text! Unless we have been deceived and lied to, WHY WOULDN’T WE WANT TO GO THERE AND THEN DO WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THERE. It is not hard to get to. Satan lies to us and wants us to believe otherwise, BUT : The miracle of it all is that you can get there from wherever you are right at this very moment. Let’s go together!!

WE LOVE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS- WALLY & JAN

TREASURES OF WALKING WITH GOD: “O GOD,YOU ARE MY GOD, EARNESTLY I SEEK YOU.” (Psalm 63:1) Time alone with the Lord Jesus each day is the indispensable condition of growth and power.

JESUS-A COVENANT PERSPECTIVE- “He said to them, But who do you [yourselves] say that I am? Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” (Mathew 16:15, 16)
_______________________________________________________________________
TO ALL: TAKE YOUR LIFE AND LIVE IN JESUS

In today’s scripture, Jesus asked Peter who he (Peter) said that Jesus was. Peter responded that Jesus was the Christ, the Son of the living God. In verse 17 Jesus then told Peter that the only way that he could know this is that God had to have revealed it to him. At that moment Peter had a covenant perspective of who Jesus was.

I want you to meditate on this and ask yourself, “Who is Jesus to ME?” Exactly how do you see Jesus and what exactly is He to you? Close your eyes for a moment and go back to that black day at Calvary. See Christ hanging on the tree. See Him beaten beyond human recognition and bleeding from His head, feet, hands and the terrible wounds on His back, sides and stomach. See Him deserted by His Father. See Him bearing all the sin, sickness, disease, addictions, pain, grief, and all darkness as His very life (the life He chose to lay down for you and me) is draining away.

Who is this Jesus to you and what is He in your life?

Now I want you to see the Jesus of Ephesians 1:20-23. “Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places], Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come. And He has put all things under His feet and has appointed Him the universal and supreme Head of the church [a headship exercised throughout the church], [Ps. 8:6]. Which is His body, the fullness of Him Who fills all in all [for in that body lives the full measure of Him Who makes everything complete, and Who fills everything everywhere with Himself].”

Who is this Jesus to you and what is He in your life? Also read Revelation Chapter 4 for a look at the glory of Jesus. Who is this Jesus to you? Is Jesus ALL to your life as He is characterized in the Word of God? The Word declares that Christ, the “HOPE OF GLORY” is inside of you. What does that mean to you? As a result of the covenant, you have everything that Jesus ever was, is or ever will be at your disposal. Either He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords or He is not. Either He has defeated Satan and given you and me the victory or He has not. He said those that believe in Him would do greater works than He did. Either we will or we won’t. Either He lied or told us the truth.

I won’t speak for any of you, but I NEED TO elevate Jesus in my life to His rightful position. How dare I let fear, worry, doubt, unbelief, strife and everything else that is contrary to the truth of the RESURRECTION POWER OF JESUS take over the position that The MASTER should hold in my life. Many times we forfeit the rightful position of Jesus without a fight and before we know it, we are wondering around in our own self made wilderness.

Lets us agree to stop wondering around in the wilderness and submit totally to Jesus Christ, The Son of The Living God. Let us draw a line in the sand that says no more will we give the things of Satan the place in our lives that Jesus must and should have. Let us let the power of the resurrection and the blood so totally and radically recreate who we are that we won’t even recognize ourselves anymore! Let us let the Glory of WHO JESUS IS so permeate our being that it flows out of us everywhere we go and into everything that we do!

GOD’S LIVING COVENANT-FROM HIS HEART TO OUR HEART: “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts.” (Psalm 139:23) _________________________________________________________________________
TO ALL WHO WOULD EARNESTLY SURRENDER THEIR VERY HEARTS TO THE FATHER:
We love you today! We often error in considering ourselves and our circumstances. Instead consider Jesus and our identification with Him. We are no longer what we were. We are the very righteousness of Him who died for us and took our place. To many, these are just more Christian words and slogans which are repeated in empty and powerless monotones. But to those who receive them in heart, they are the very life of God in us, on us and through us.

Consider Philippians 2:13 with me. “Not in your own strength for it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you [energizing and creating in you the power and desire], both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight.”

Don’t look at yourself the way you used to be, look at your self the way God sees you now. Consider what Jesus did for you and what is yours because of His work at the cross. Your old self was crucified with Christ and your new self arose with Him!

Yes, you can choose to stay where you were. But you can also choose to live life as the new creature that you are. Christ has traded everything that you were for everything that He is! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The choice to live the life of Jesus starts with the heart. The heart is the very center of your thoughts, words and actions. Look at what the angel told Daniel in Daniel 10:12. “Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.”

Our hearts are the key to living a victorious life in Jesus. Out of our hearts come our thoughts which produce our actions and words. The angel told Daniel that he had come because of his words. Jesus said, “Out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” In Mark 11 He said that we will have what we believe and then say.

This is not a teaching on our words today, but rather one on our hearts. Mine still needs some work. I am not anywhere where I want to be yet with my heart-relationship with God, but I am earnestly working on it. I have asked the Holy Spirit to help me.
How about you? Are you where you want to be? What is the fruit that you see from your heart and words? Sometimes even as I speak, as I hear my words, they are like a sword in my heart. I need a new heart so that I may walk like He walked.

Consider the following two songs as our prayer today.

1. Search me, O God, and know my heart today,
Try me, O Savior, know my thoughts, I pray;
See if there be some wicked way in me;
Cleanse me from every sin, and set me free.
2. I praise Thee, Lord, for cleansing me from sin;
Fulfill Thy word and make me pure within;
Fill me with fire, where once I burned with shame;
Grant my desire to magnify Thy name.
3. Lord, take my life, and make it wholly Thine;
Fill my poor heart with Thy great love divine;
Take all my will, my passion, self and pride;
I now surrender, Lord, in me abide.
4. O Holy Ghost, revival comes from Thee;
Send a revival, start the work in me;
Thy Word declares Thou wilt supply our need;
For blessings now, O Lord, I humbly plead.
————————————————————————-
Change My Heart Oh God

Change my heart oh God
Make it ever true
Change my heart oh God
May I be like You

Change my heart oh God
Make it ever true
Change my heart oh God
May I be like You

You are the potter
I am the clay
Mold me and make me
This is what I pray

Change my heart oh God
Make it ever true
Change my heart oh God
May I be like You

WE LOVE YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS- WALLY & JAN

God’s Promise For You Today: GOD’S FAVOR IS YOURS TODAY!: “For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another and spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing and even favor upon favor and gift [heaped] upon gift.” (John 1:16)
